But let me tell you some things that have happened recently that I think would give us a type of formula, if you will, or a practice. I want us as an organization and a culture to grow? The reason I hardly want to give it to you is because its so good, I dont want you to misuse it. What we have to understand about the law of intentionality is that you cannot develop yourself and you cannot develop your people unless youre intentional. I want to grow in an area of skill. But the most incredible honor you gave me was when his son, Ryland, was turning 13. Thats why I would challenge anybody, I dont want change. Tell me that again. I did not have a motto. Ive heard you say simplify a ton of times in the last 90 days. But heres where I was going today, and this is shaped by the conversation we had right before. Are you going to get any better, or is this it? A lot of times we want to change someone else, and what we have to understand is if theyre going to change, they got to change themselves. No, its not. Talk a little bit about the power of having both of those, how you come to them in your growth journey, and then what that looks like.
